The challenge

I have seen rising demand on Electric Vehicles, thus I want to address the problem of recycling old batteries. Although companies like BYD, Tesla and NIO claim that they are working on the recycling of their EV batteries, they do not really have the incentive to recycle all these batteries while they are still not profitable/ not very profitable. Besides, the current way of recycling EV-batteries is to destory them and extract useful materials, such as cobalt, nickel and lithium sulfate.

The solution

Setting up an effecient and profitable process for reutilizing retired EV-batteries instead of extracting valuable materials. Once the capacity of one battery is fully exhausted, the battery will be processed to extract valuable materials.
