The challenge

"Heard" aims to address the lack of positivity and compassion in our daily lives by creating an environment where individuals can easily spread kindness and uplift each other. In today's world, where negativity and division are strongly prevalent, there is a growing need for reminders to connect with one another and promote positivity. "Heard" believes that even small micro-actions can create a chain reaction of positive influence, inspiring a community of kindness and support.

The solution

As part of our efforts to promote positivity and well-being on campus, we plan to create dedicated bulletin boards or whiteboards in key locations throughout the campus. These boards will serve as a platform for students, faculty, and staff to share uplifting and inspiring messages with each other. Whether someone wants to write a note of encouragement to themselves or show appreciation for a friend or colleague, these boards will provide a visible and tangible way to spread positivity and kindness. By creating a culture of positivity and support, we hope to cultivate a more inclusive and compassionate campus community.
