The challenge

In the Netherlands due to windy weather, bicycles and light weight motorcycles are falling down on the ground. Sidewalk would not be safe when falling a bike with walking a child or dog coincided, they can be injured acutely since their height are under bike frame. Like concussion Urban design can be destructed by looking at many fallen bicycles on the ground particularly for tourist would be a negative point in their mind. A bike can be damaged by falling multiple times during a week or month which leads to spending more money on fixing bike.

The solution

The best solution can be found in the world of nature. We need a bicycle kickstand that would be strong against wind and also a bike should be stand by itself not by separated tools like bike rack or bike stand. A better bicycles kickstand can make a huge difference both for bicyclists and for pedestrians. That means there would have a safer and better side walk by this bike kickstand. Moreover, bicyclist would not spend their money for fixing their bikes due to falling multiple times a week.
